When the A to Z flashcard is purchased from Kids Maker Lab, we also donate one for FREE to a child in need. It would break a child's heart if we had to take their product away from them.

Shipping:

We try really hard to ship orders right away. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order information.

We typically process your orders within 1-2 business days after purchase. It typically takes 3 - 7 days after shipment for the parcel to get to you. Holidays often increase the volume of shipments and the transit time. Weather related issues might also cause shipping and delivery delay.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with all your tracking information. Please note, tracking information can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to update.
